All fees are on a ‘price on application’ basis. Each client will have different photography requirements, dates and times needed for the shoot, lead times and deadlines, as well as factoring in travel and accommodation costs where necessary. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to any project.

I will provide a bespoke quote matching what we will have discussed beforehand to make sure you are getting the photography you are looking for, at a price which matches the brief and your expectations.
 

Payment to be made via bank transfer only; I do not accept card payments at this time. Terms of payment, including deposit where applicable, will be agreed prior to the undertaking of any work.

My approach is simple: friendly, yet also professional at all times. ​My objective is to deliver photography of the highest quality for my clients, while also establishing a positive environment during the shoot. I understand that being in front of the camera can be intimidating for many people, which is why I take the time to connect with the subjects, to create a relaxed session where everyone can feel comfortable and confident.

Any information I may hear or any materials I may see during photography sessions, including any prior meetings and conversations, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I am willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required. Additionally, any photographs that contain confidential information will not be published on Photosphere’s website or social media accounts without the explicit permission of the client.

Health and safety are paramount during any shoot to ensure the well-being of all participants and the smooth execution of the project. This includes evaluating the shooting location for potential hazards, such as uneven surfaces, lighting setups, or environmental conditions that may pose risks. Clear communication of safety protocols to all involved is essential. My insurance policy will be provided along with a risk assessment document prior to the shoot. These measures not only safeguard against risk but also foster a professional and secure environment for creativity to thrive.

​Through my experience working at major venues, I have learned that collaborating with the venue team is essential for the success of any project. This involves adhering to all safety regulations in place and also being aware of what the particular environment is, as well noting any other events that may be taking place in the venue at that particular time. Some of the venues I have worked at previously include The O2, Silverstone Racetrack, company head-offices, sports stadiums, racecourses across UK & Ireland, large exhibition halls and some of the most prestigious hotels across the country.

In the instances of photography involving vulnerable individuals (including but not limited to minors) or where photography may take place in a location/environment where vulnerable individuals may be present (schools, care homes, sports clubs, etc.) a DBS certificate will be provided. The usage of any photography involving vulnerable individuals will be provided to the client on the understanding they are cleared to use it accordingly and lawfully with the necessary permissions obtained. I will not use any such photography on the PhotoSphere website, or social media platforms, without the appropriate prior written permission.

I utilise editing software for my photography to ensure that my clients receive high-quality images. The editing software is employed solely to enhance the work and is never used to misrepresent or detract from the original content or context.

I value the privacy of individuals, and I am committed to using all photography responsibly and ethically. Permissions will be obtained whenever possible prior to publishing photography on the PhotoSphere website and/or social media platforms. Should you find any image of yourself or someone under your guardianship that you would prefer to have removed, you have the right to request its removal by contacting me directly. I respect such requests and will act promptly to ensure the privacy and well-being of everybody involved.

​I will not participate in, nor provide photographic services for, the involvement of, including but not limited to misrepresentation, bullying, harassment, invasion of privacy, defamation of character, unsafe and/or unlawful practices, cruelty to animals, or any activities which may involve harm to individuals, property or institutions. In the instance of ambiguity, I will simply decline the opportunity to be a part of any work involved.
